DESCRIPTION: Vacheron & Constantin, Geneva, Switzerland, man's pocket watch, 21 jewels, stem wind and set, adjusted to 6 positions, isochronism and temperature, cotes de Genève decorated nickel bar movement with counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, wolf's tooth winding, micrometric regulator in a 14 karat, yellow gold, hinged back and snap bezel, open face case, the back with inlaid enamel monogram "JJG", and Arabic numeral, single sunk, gold dial, plum colored steel spade and poker hands, serial #363080, 44mm, 63.7g TW, c1920.
CONDITION: CASE: Scratches on outer surface of case, enamel abraded and with minor chip; Minor scratches on cuvette; Minor scratches on crystal; Crown worn; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Refinished. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor scratches on plate; Pin pricks on escape wheel cock; Minor oxide specks on winding wheels; Minor specks of oxide, regulator, barrel bridge screws; Specks of dirt / dust.
